Making R5 noise proof
The door surface is made of almost flat thin metal thus it produces much noise. For reducing the vibration I've sticked 3 mm thick and 20 mm wide aluminium stripe from inside the door (see the picture below). I've just used the normal glue to stick the stripe.

After sticking the aluminium stripe, I've sticked around it a layer of syntethic felt. I've used the glue for the carpet floor - it resembles soft rubber when dries, and can be dilluted by water whle liquid.
 
This is much cheaper solution comparing to the professional noise dumping materials, but it still provides quite good result.

The door panel with the felt and polyurethan sticked at the inner side. Not completed yet.

Here you can see the felt mat sticked under the rear seat (unmounted). The green pieces is soft polyurethan plates cut from the touristic mat (I put them under the carpet).
